poor acceleration
Just bought an '89 Club Car AG. It starts fine and runs good at low speeds. If I try to accelerate to full speed, it loads up, or floods with lots of black exhaust smoke and bogs down. I have removed the air filter and inspected with a light through the center. Seem O.K. Blew it out with air pressure. No dust or debris. The choke isn't staying closed. I also pulled the plug and the tip and electrode seem to be burning O.K. Soot on the outside edges. Any help would be appreciated. I hope I have at least covered the basics. Sam
