Hey Guys..novice here and just got my 2006 EZ Go PDS 36V Cart.
Looking at adding several electrical components in the next few months. Nothing too serious..but include the following:
Stereo or AMP w/MP3 Jack / Speakers to play my Ipod - very soon
Battery Meter
Perhaps a cig light adapter for other "stuff" down the road.
I have gotten several answers about my question if I need a voltage reducer ... or converter for my cart. Apparently some people have said if I don't have a 48v..I don't need..others have said..YES i do.. so I'm confused..
Understand that a converter would actually help to run power from ALL Batteries vs. just two for the 36V / 6v x2 hookup .. Can someone give me the Correct answer and what some of my options are here.. I certainly appreciate all the help I can get..
