Power (torque) and speed (hp) don't go hand in glove. That's why Farmers use tractors to pull out dead cows from swamps (torque) and NASCAR drivers can't afford a rear view mirror on either door for fear that the drag will cost them mph's (hp). Everything is a trade off. Unless you go big block you are looking at a compromise at best.
