My bad, I was having a bad night. I figure you are going .25 over standard with your rebuild and that, with the other mods you describe should make for a nice motor. That said; you won't see much benefit if you still have the rpm limiter and governor in place and they are there to protect your engine from over revving. Unless you have the rotating mass, (crank, flywheel etc) dynamically balanced the engine will likely have stronger torque than standard but won't go any faster. What are you planning to use it for ?
