I crawled under there today and here is what I found. The shocks aren't locked up or the wrong size. I unbolted them and there is no movement up and down.

I'm stumped because the leafs appear to be stock. I don't see why there is no movement.The rear lift consists of axle standoffs about four inches worth, and possibly longer shackles.

I don't see the factory leafs being that stiff.
Any ideas?
