The cart had a 7.5 Robin but smoked real bad, replaced it with an 18hp Duromax but was not sure what all the spring wire was for so I can eliminate that and go with the engine governor. I use the cart on my small acreage and the mailbox some 600ft up the hill, sounds like I am lazy but getting old has no benefits. Thank you for the quick reply
