Master66, I followed all your advice on the preparation work on painting a cart. For my first paint job I think It turned out pretty good. Had a little trouble with the clear coat but It buffed out ok.

I am starting another rebuild. This body is not bad but it does have holes in the front body (Club Car DS). What would you recommend to repair these small holes. Some one installed head lights. 5/16 holes. Thanks again for the great write up.
