The cylinder and crank bearings can get rust from sitting if it got wet. The seats are usually trash. Just the complete body is worth $300 if it's not all cracked up, that fiberglass is a mess when it's cracked. In my area, a good running cart with good brakes and tires and a clean body is worth $1000 all day.
