Probably. Golf cart 4 lug pattern is 4x 4”.
Most trailer 4 lug patterns are either 4x4 or 4x 4.25”. A small boat trailer is probably the 4x4 pattern. Just measure across center to center on the studs.
If it’s not you can measure the bearings and order a 4x4” hub kit with bearings for about $25 per side from e-trailer.
