Dear Club Car,
Pull your collective heads out of your butts and replace the failed MCOR throttle device. Use a true potentiometer mounted above the waterline. Or a simple inductive throttle system like Yamaha and Ezgo. Neither of those companies have the trouble you have been having for the last, oh I dunno, 15 years!? Wake up your design engineer and tell him to pack up his desk and go home!
