Well I put a new battery in the this thing, pulled the micro switch from the accelerator out and cleaned in and got it working. I reinstalled the switch and that fixed the electrical issues, and it STARTED!
Now I have to find a gas tank, driven clutch, front cowl, and new tires. Then I am going to repaint it and recover the seats and she will be cherry!
