there should be two pressures on the tire , The high one is setting the bead and the other should be running pressure. If you dont like the pressure then what you can do is , take some chalk and draw a a 2" or 3" line across the tire , ride 30 feet or so and check the wear pattern. Nice even wear across the pressure is perfect , inside/outside wear pressure to low , center wear pressure to high.
