How eactly do I test for the V'glide problem? Is it a common problem and what causes it to happen? The cart is at Moxie's house right now and he has the meter. Moxie, can you check it out if he gives us the procedure?
As for the brakes, there isn't any oil or grease anywhere. Any other suggestions?
