The seat backs were easier to do than the cushion. The design of the plastic seat bottom made it harder to get the tip of the stapler where I needed it to be. I removed the grab handles and hardware from the seat bottom to make it as easy as possible.
Total time was about 2 hrs--not including the adult beverages
