The next option if You don't need all the range the 120AH pack can provide on a single charge, have Regen brake or a new pack that is a little out of balance, is to lower the charge voltage to
57v (The Elcon voltage can only be changed in increments of 1v).
Max Cell voltage: 4.17
Min Cell voltage: 3.25
Balance voltage: 4.07
Charger voltage: 57
Hysteresis: 0
Full voltage: 57
Capacity: 120ah
That allows for more headroom for both the charging balance and the Regen current absorption.
If You are using an Altrax Controller like the XCT, also set:
Min Undervoltage: 46v
Max Overvoltage: 58v
A lower final charging voltage is also better for the pack in the long run.
