Glad is going again
The serial number (PH), controller (1515) and symptoms are all Excel cart.
The reference I made about the IQ was the need for the resistor in the Harness.
The IQ carts don't need it, but the Excel does because the throttle reaches 100% at a lower voltage so it needs that small voltage drop the 453Ω resistor provides.
