I would try to have it programmed to code 4 or code 5, but according to this site I am out of luck.

THE CODE 5 PROGRAMMER WORKS ON IQ CARTS! SERIAL NUMBERS STARTING WITH AQ, PQ, CE, FD, HD, And PE.
