open up your charger and bypass the low voltage sensor very easy to do, just tape up the one wire end so it dosn,t touch anything.........plug charger in if it works than OBC is bad if cart runs you can do this to charger batteries but charger will not shut off so you,ll have to keep an eye on it or you can fry batteries.........i know of a few carts running around like this but i don,t reccomend it because of the chance of frying the batts......................this is the simplist test to find if OBC is bad.....................................
