The cable's might be to long because someone moved the resistor coil,the bracket must of broke off , that is not a good place for the coil because it gets very hot an that is close to the wood seat , on my cart the coil is mounted to a plate right next to the driver side rear tire u can see it by the shock, I just changed all my cables and the cables that go to the coil were 28 " when i took them off and my cart is stock
