Doesn’t help to remove the floor. My cart is stock and I’ve replaced mine without jacking it up or removing the right rear tire. If you’re not comfortable crawling under the rear of the cart to access the end of the motor then one or both of the above will make access a bit easier... I’d guess. Suggest that you put a drop of blue loctite (removable) on the threads of the single bolt securing the magnet. Magnet is located under the top hat sensor.
