May be a lot of carbon buildup on the pistons causing the compression to be high? I wouldnt think timing would have any effect on the compression, but maybe the valves open a tooth later like this so.it has a little extra time for compression?
Interesting. Always love going in behind someone else. It always unravels a ball of fun seeing all the corners they cut too
