Yes the signal heads from the "Big Box Golf Cart Parts Store" are not of a quality that last, replaced a lot of these, been looking for a higher quality model with little results. They are not weather proof for sure!
Enjoy....probably a simple wiring issue concerning your lights, most voltage reducers wiring will have a fuse coming in and fuses going out.
