New problem: Jumpy starts....

Ok so I have the seal replaced. I had full power going in reverse and half power going forward. I swapped the wires on the motor to fix that. When the cart is in what I am calling "reverse or half power mode" its really jumpy then smooths out. Didn't matter which way it was going as I had to switch the wires. Did some research and I have brand new batteries fully charged and 2 new solenoids. What could be causing the issue? I can't remember if it happens going forward but it seems worse half power mode. Can I get rid of the "half power reverse" mode? I don't really need it.
