OK then, you have the later version of the Chinese ITS. There are three wires connected to the ITS module:
Power into ITS sensor (36 or 48V)
Signal out of ITS to controller (0-5V)
GND (0V)
I don't recall the color codes of the wires but they would typically be red for power, green for signal and black for GND with the center pin being signal. Does this correspond to what you have? If you connect the black lead of your voltmeter to B- you should be able to use the red lead to verify the three voltages indicated above. By the way, the micro switch is the Pedal switch and as I recall it applies the power to the ITS so you would have to depress the pedal enough to click the micro switch to measure the voltages. DO NOT work on the throttle with the rear wheels on the ground just in case you might get sudden acceleration.
