OK - got the conversion package and now getting into the build.
Removal of the old gas pedal assembly was straightforward and I working on installing the slick new pedal in the conversion kit. Using the template for the drill holes, it appears that if I line it up as described in the instructions, the pedal mount won't fit correctly (see pic). In order for it to fit, I had to move the template back (towards the driver's seat) by about an inch (see second pic). Hopefully this is OK? I don't see why this would create issues, but maybe I'm missing something.
