Hi, a family member has an 02 Txt Pds with brand new batteries. Says it’s runs fine, except when going full throttle it’ll cut all power. But he can let off accelerator and throttle again, and it goes. Said one time he had to switch into neutral, then back to forward to work. Any ideas? Thanks!
