I only say that because my welds were similar to yours in the first picture, I tried it on high and after playing with the wire speed my welds are 100x better...no more spatter and better penetration. yea those are my brothers welds. neither one of us knows how to weld good but i don't know how to at all! i'll relay the info on switching to high, wish i would have known that earlier! alot of splatter on those welds but they should hold up (i hope).
