I know when I got the cart the water levels were low. I got the cart for a very good price that I couldn't pass up. I'm leaning towards it just needs new batteries because they probably weren't maintained the best but I will check today after work and keep you all posted. Out of curiosity, how much am I looking to spend on batteries? I don't wanna want to lose an arm and a leg because of it. But I suppose you get what you pay for? Are there any "middle of the road batteries that would be reliable?
