Yes, as Swan stated you have a controller cart and its speed code is probably at #3 for golf course use. You will need to get the speed code #4 installed in your cart unless you are planning to do controller upgrades in the near future.

This is done by going to any cart dealer or shop, they take your serial # and for $80-$100 they get the code from Club Car and use a hand-held programmer to install it and then place a little sticker on your cart to show it exceeds the normal use designation.
