Given your experience in handling tires, you shouldn't have any major problems with buggy tires. Aside from getting the bead to seal,the biggest frustration I have found with doing them this way is securing the wheel so you can roll the tire bead on or off. With car/truck/tractor tires you can stand on the wheel and hold it down. Without a machine to hold it down, you sometimes end up wrestling the assembly across the floor trying to get leverage to peel the bead up.
