The ezgo txt above had a long travel suspension, 25" tires and managed 42 miles on a charge. I built it to keep but did end up selling to build me this 2010 yamaha drive. The yamaha is lighter stock then a txt. I will keep less then 20" tires on it and expect to break 50 mile range with a 14 battery pack.

Just a thought. You went 42 miles on only 29% of the Nissan Leaf battery back. If you used all 48 cells that works out to 144 miles on one charge
!! Give or take for the added weight.
Where did you pick up your leaf battery pack. I'm assuming a large parts recycler or ebay?
