Hello all,

I have searched the posts without finding much troubleshooting help to my issue. I have a 2012 Bad Boy Buggy LT that has very recently had the original Advanced Motors & Drives DA8-4013 motor replaced with a D & D Motor Systems motor, part number ES-107-50. It runs fine in forward but when I select reverse and step on the accelerator, there is no movement, a couple of seconds later I hear a click, then the controller green led flashes 5 times. I think this is indicating a stalled motor condition but I can’t find any troubleshooting assistance for this issue. Sevcon Millipak controller 633T45320. Thanks in advance for any assistance on this issue and if more info is needed, please ask and I’ll provide needed info.
