95 club car DS doesn't move.
My 95 Club DS 48 volt does not move.Battery pack is charged and tests ok.Replaced motor. Replaced controller .Replaced throttle potentiometer with mcor upgrade. Main solenoid clicks. Jumped large wires on solenoid together.Nothing works. When I step on throttle I get 50 volts but full throttle drops to 35 volts.Forward reverse switch looks like new. I'm stumped any ideas would be appreciated.
