1 pair is the solenoid micro activation switch and the other is the throttle control wires. Get out your volt meter and find the activation wires and the other set will be the throttle.

I'm not sure but I think the first terminal is the "power" terminal and the other 2 are throttle. I have looked and looked for a diagram for that but can't find a match.
