Your toe angle has been out for a long time looking at the way the tires are worn.
Your inside tread is almost gone and the center bars are feathered toward the outside. Indicating the tires have been significantly toed out.
Adjust the toe in and it will help, but you will probably need to make an adjustment to center the camber as well.
