If you are satisfied with the top speed you've already got, a 400A controller, HD solenoid, 4Ga cables and a HD F/R will get back the torque lost by the 22" tires.

Scottyb (Carts Unlimited) has some package deals on cotroller/solenoid kits, but more importantly, he has a pretty good explanation of how to figure out what your needs are.
