I'm some what new here myself, but if you read all the Yamaha posts on this site, you will be able to answer your own question. It depends on what you want and what your gona do with it. What size tires and what terrain you'll be riding on.
I would say, most people put the 6" single or 6" double A arm lift on as it is the most versatile. Brand is also opinion. I picked Jakes 6" single A arm and very happy with it.
