Wow, thanks Lochlin and 73 eldo for your time and thoughts. I have never posted to a forum of any kind before, but I am sure glad that I posted this here. I will not be up to see the cart until Thanksgiving and will definately take a good look at it then. The exterior is not awful, but it looks to be original and only garage kept in the winter. I was thinking $500 was a fair price, but think I am going to reconsider that after your thoughts.
I appreciate the advice to start with the fuel pump. I will let you guys, or girls, know how it goes.
