Well, I had hoped to have the cart done by the time it started getting cold, I failed.
I don't have an enclosed shop, so I have to wait for random days of warm to work on it.

All that's really left is to put a fuel tank or fuel cell of some sort on there, and run all of the wiring.

I'll update more as I am able.
