1989 par car top speed 5mph
Just picked up a 1989 2-stroke par car with known issue of not getting up to top speed. Checked over cart and found governor cable broken. Zip tied governor plate away from clutch and still no change in speed. Cart gets up to speed perfectly fine and runs good.but will not go over 5mph. Assume clutch issue?????
