Serial/VIN info
Hello I Just picked up a Columbia ParCar for free from a friend who knows nothing about it besides it has sat for the last 2 years. I was wondering if anyone could help my decode the vin and if you guys could point me in the right direction to start to see if its worth fixing up. vin 5F-30101-E2 It doesn't have batteries.
