Thanks for the tip Sir.

As of 5 minutes ago, I got 34.3 volts at the charge plug. I plugged in the lestronic 2 charger. After a couple seconds I heard the relay click. Its now charging! WOOT! I was able to move it under power forward and reverse.
I'm going to kill the charger over night and check it tomorrow morning.
Maybe I am over the hump. I also disconnected a botched headlight job. It might be the root cause of the failure.
