I picked up this cool little project a few weeks back. It’s an Otis Westcoaster FreightAway4.

It’s sat outside for years with no bed covering so brakes and motor are seized. Found a lot of new brake parts already but I need to start piecing together some drivetrain. I’d really like to got 48v lithium with an Alltrax controller. I’ve already spent a bunch of time on Scotty’s website.

I need to start figuring out a motor. I’d appreciate any comments or feed back especially from people with any knowledge of these things.
