I use a Lestermatic 36v charger on it. This particular charger has a fairly "soft" charging cycle in that it maxes out at around 40 - 42v and never puts out more than 10-12 amps. So far so good with them. I converted an old Worthington from 24 to 32 volts last year via 8 volt Trojans and the batts have been fine. I am using the same batteries in the Sports Rider so things should be ok.
