86 Ez go gas Neutral Start
Hello My dads 86 ez go gas wont start while in neutral and dies if running then switched to neutral. Not sure why. Also need help removing or altering the govenor not sure if its a centrifugal clutch govenor but cant seems to tell the difference. All I know is while going down a steep hill then up another the throttle kicks bad and slowly creeps up the hill slowly gaining speed. any help would be awesome thanks
