For non-resident's, the fee is $100 for the year.
Your cart must have working lights, signals, horn, break lights and orange triangle.
They'll issue you a license plate that must be mounted or they'll ticket you.
This little beach town was devastated by Hurricane Harvey, but is finally back!
Last years Sand Fest was well attended, but I think it's going to be bigger this year.
After the festivities, my family/friends and I hang out at the beach and BBQ Fajitas while the cars are all going by! We usually have a Bonfire and lots of adult liquids :)
If you see some crazy looking middle age people acting like fools on the beach, it's probably us...
