Is it a Series drive or DCS?
If it has a Run/Tow switch on controller cover, it is a DCS.
Was the "dip" full of water, or did it just bottom out hard?
Sounds like more than one problem.
Solenoid clicking when key is turned on without pedal being pushed, tells me the microswitch in the pedal box is bad (NC contacts closed when they should be)
Not running will take some troubleshooting, but need to know what type drive system to troubleshoot.
