Do you have an Alltrax controller? If so, connect your laptop and see what the max V is that the controller is OK taking. The lithium cells from a leaf or volt then they are max charge at 4.2 volts per cell, which you never want to charge to. To make your pack last you want 4.1 to 4.15 volts per cell as your max V.

Once we know what the Max V your controller can handle, we can help you understand how many cells you will need and that will dictate your BMS and charger.
