I'm the one who questioned "skin effect" and finally conceded that even though a buggy is DC, the fact that it's pulsed makes it behave somewhat AC like, at least as far as skin effect.
That's why I questioned it several times, because I didn't want someone to read an old post and walk away with the wrong answer.
