Hi all-

I am a rookie Youtube educated cart tech and my batteries won’t charge. I think I have them all plugged in right and I had to install a new charger receptacle, but it will not charge. It has a little juice in it and runs fine, but I have replaced the charger and can’t figure out what’s up.
